State to answer questions about chromium in Garfield

The State Department of Health and Senior Services has determined that 16 out of 160 homes tested in Garfield for toxic levels of hexavalent chromium do in fact have contaminated dust in the basements.

The department will be holding a special community meeting in Garfield City Hall on May 20 at 7 p.m. for all those affected and any residents in the city with concerns about the recent report. more

hello…my brother has been sick for one year…after countless trips to many drs, neurologists etc…none of them can find out what is wrong with him…he is deteriorating every month…can u suggest anything??? thanks franne

Is there a lawsuit against electroplating in Garfield ???
