One of the lead attorneys in this case is Steven German, who began working on Jersey City chromium issues more than a decade ago. Mr. German played a lead role in the trial of the landmark case (Interfaith Community Organization v. Honeywell International, Inc). Mr. German’s trial and appellate victories in Interfaith resulted in one of the nation’s largest environmental cleanups, including the excavation and removal of chromium waste from the former Roosevelt Drive-In Site on Route 440 in Jersey City.
